General Trail Information All trails are open sunrise to sunset,
except during extreme or hazardous weather conditions. All trails
are closed 48 hours after the rain. Some parks take longer to dry
than others; those areas may be closed for longer periods of time.
Also, all trails are closed during red flag days (extreme fire
hazard days).

Hacienda Heights: Hacienda
Hills
Take the 60 freeway and exit at 7th Avenue. Travel south and the
trailhead is

Access here is off Turnbull Canyon road approximately ½ mile east

Whittier: Hellman Park
Access can be gained at the end of Greenleaf Avenue at Orange. No

Access is on the west side of Colima Road across from Murphy Ranch
Little League fields. ADA accessible. No bikes are allowed on this

Los Angeles County: Sycamore Canyon
This can be accessed off Workman Mill Road, ½ mile north of
Beverly Blvd, near Strong Avenue. No dogs are allowed here.

Schabarum Park
The Schabarum Trail (Skyline Trail) can be accessed from this
regional park, off Colima Road, east of Azusa Avenue in Rowland
Heights.
La Habra Heights: Powder Canyon
This entrance is located on Old Fullerton Road near Pathfinder and
Harbor Blvd. Parking for the first gate is on the street near the
Rowland Water Company. Trailhead parking is also available inside
the park at the second gate between East Road and Harbor Blvd. The
