Hellman Incident Update

On February 28, 2020 at approximately 9:15 AM, officers from the Whittier police department responded to Hellman Park in regards to an unresponsive female in a vehicle. Officers arrived to find a 32 year old resident of the county area of Whittier deceased inside of her vehicle. The victim’s family reported her missing to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department last night. There are no signs of foul play and this death is being investigated as a suicide.
