In honor of Mid-Autumn Festival, the Habitat Authority is partnering with the Rowland Heights Chinese Association to host a nature walk at Powder Canyon on Sunday, September 15, at 8:00 AM. The walk starts at 8:30 AM. The Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival or Mooncake Festival, is a harvest festival celebrated in Chinese culture. A Mandarin and Cantonese translator will also be present.
All are welcome, and we hope you will join us!
Our docent, John Peel, and translator, Tao Kwan, from Outward Bound Adventures will lead this walk.
