DESCRIPTION:Get in Shape with Our 10\,000 Step Hike!\nJoin us for a vigorous 10\,000 Step Hike (approximately 5 miles) led by our friendly and experienced docents\, Bruce and Ric. This is a great way to boost your fitness\, enjoy the outdoors\, and connect with fellow hikers. \nMeeting Location:\nWe’ll start at the Black Walnut Trail entrance along Fullerton Road in Powder Canyon— be sure to park along Fullerton Road\, southwest of the Rowland Water District facility. \nWhen:\nThese hikes take place every Thursday and Sunday\, with start times that change seasonally — so please be sure to check the event time carefully. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to allow time to park\, stretch\, and get acquainted with your fellow hikers. The hike will begin promptly\, and we won’t be able to wait for late arrivals\, as the route brings us close to trail closing time (sunset). \nImportant Notes:\nBring lots of water. In case of inclement weather\, please check the Puente Hills Habitat website for trail closure updates before heading out. \nWe’re looking forward to seeing you on the trail!
