Teachers or school representatives should make a schedule request for a Hills Alive program at least one month in advance of the desired field trip date. All field trips will be conducted between 9:00 am and 11:30 am, on a Wednesday or Friday. Recommended months are November through April.
Please complete the following four steps for your request to be considered. Steps 1 and 2 need to be completed in order to reserve a Hills Alive field trip.
1) Click on your preferred date in the calendar below.
2) Complete the form at the bottom of this page.
3) After your calendar request is made, you’ll receive a delivery receipt email that the Habitat Authority received your request. However, please allow a maximum of two weeks for a confirmation email indicating that your request for a field trip has been approved.
4) Once you receive your email confirmation, please complete all attachments. Submit a waiver for each participant at upon arrival to the trailhead. Submit your transportation invoice, evaluation and Thank you letters/photographs to Terri Hernandez following your field trip.
